Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and people-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.

Handle employee attendance, leave, and related HR documentation.





Coordinate with payroll teams for salary processing and resolve payroll-related queries.

Support employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Address employee queries and support grievance resolution.

Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.

Ensure compliance with applicable company policies and labour laws.

Prepare HR reports related to attendance, recruitment, employee turnover, and other HR metrics.

Coordinate training and development programs.

Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
