About the Role
We're looking for a Content Strategist cum Writer who can plan content direction for client accounts and also write the copy that brings it to life - from social captions and ad copy to long-form content and reel scripts. You'll be the person who decides what gets said and how it's said, working closely with the video and design teams to execute it.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain content calendars and strategy for multiple client accounts
Write scripts for Reels/UGC content, social captions, and ad copy
Research trends, audience behavior, and competitor content to shape strategy
Collaborate with video direction, editing, and design teams to ensure content aligns with strategy
Adapt tone and messaging across different client brands
Track content performance and refine strategy based on what's working
Support long-form writing needs (blogs,



website copy, brand messaging) as required

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, or social media content
Solid writing skills with the ability to switch tone/voice across brands
Understanding of what drives engagement on Instagram/Facebook (Reels, captions, trends)
Ability to think both strategically (calendar, positioning) and tactically (actual copy)
Comfortable working with data/insights to inform content decisions
Bonus: experience with SEO, blogging, or performance marketing copy

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
