Job Summary

CRIMS Operations
Monitor and manage CRIMS tickets/incidents.
Handle incident, service, and change requests as per SLA.
Perform root cause analysis and document resolutions.
Coordinate with application, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolution.
Maintain operational documentation and reporting.

Windows Server Administration & Patching
Manage Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022 environments.
Perform monthly patching activities using WSUS, SCCM, or equivalent tools.
Validate patch compliance and generate reports.
Troubleshoot patch failures and server-related issues.
Manage server health monitoring, event logs, services, and performance tuning.
Handle user access, Active Directory administration, and Group Policy management.

SQL Server Administration
Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server settings.
Perform database backup, restore, and recovery activities.
Monitor SQL Server performance and optimize queries.




Manage SQL Server security, user roles, and permissions.
Support database patching, upgrades, and migration activities.
Troubleshoot database availability, performance, and connectivity issues.
Configure and monitor SQL Server Agent jobs.

Key Responsibilities

Solid experience in Windows Server Administration .Hands-on experience in Windows Patching (WSUS/SCCM) .Positive knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Administration .Experience with incident management tools (ServiceNow, CRIMS, etc.).Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures.Understanding of ITIL processes.Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Skill Requirements

PowerShell scripting.SQL performance tuning.Experience in production support environments.Knowledge of monitoring tools such as SCOM, SolarWinds, or Splunk.
