JOB DESCRIPTION – PRODUCTION & PDI ENGINEER

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing composite production activities along with final PDI of finished products to ensure production targets, quality and dispatch requirements are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily composite production and assembly activities.
Plan manpower, materials and production schedules.
Monitor moulding, trimming, bonding, assembly and finishing processes.
Conduct final PDI before dispatch as per drawings and specifications.
Check dimensions, fitment, appearance and workmanship.
Coordinate with Quality, Design and Maintenance teams.




Identify production/quality issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
Maintain production and PDI reports and ensure timely dispatch.
Follow safety, quality and process standards.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of FRP/GRP composite manufacturing and assembly.
Experience in production and final inspection/PDI.
Positive understanding of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
Solid coordination and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
