Job Summary:

We are looking for a Procurement & Sourcing Executive with experience in trading, sourcing, procurement, and government tender/procurement portals. The ideal candidate will handle supplier sourcing, RFQs, quotation comparisons, tender submissions, and procurement coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Source materials, products, and services from suitable suppliers.
Identify and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Request, compare, and negotiate supplier quotations.
Prepare RFQs, quotation comparisons, purchase orders, and procurement documents.
Monitor orders, deliveries, and supplier follow-ups.
Search and coordinate opportunities through government tender/procurement portals.
Support tender preparation, documentation, and submission.
Maintain accurate procurement and supplier records.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely material requirements and deliveries.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Trading, or Tendering.
Experience with government procurement/tender portals.
Knowledge of supplier sourcing, RFQs, quotation comparison, and negotiation.
Experience in trading or industrial procurement is preferred.
SAP Ariba experience is preferred.
ADNOC tender/procurement portal experience is an advantage.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and procurement documentation.
Robust communication, coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with experience in UAE/GCC procurement, ADNOC tenders, SAP Ariba, government portals, industrial trading, or engineering material sourcing will be preferred.
