We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and energetic School Principal to provide academic and administrative leadership to the institution. The Principal will be responsible for maintaining high educational standards, leading the teaching team, ensuring student welfare and discipline, and implementing the school’s vision, policies, and academic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and direction for the academic and administrative functioning of the school.
Develop and implement academic plans, policies, and school improvement strategies.
Supervise teachers, coordinators, administrative staff, and support staff.
Monitor teaching quality, lesson planning, curriculum implementation, and student learning outcomes.




Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
Lead recruitment, induction, training, appraisal, and career development of teaching staff.
Ensure effective planning and conduct of examinations, assessments, and academic activities.
Monitor student attendance, discipline, safety, and overall well-being.
Promote a positive, inclusive, respectful, and child-friendly school workplace.
Maintain effective communication with parents, students, staff, management, and external stakeholders.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
