3–5 years of experience in air export and import operations and pricing.
Graduate with sound knowledge of freight forwarding procedures.
Robust communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Handle air export and import shipments from enquiry and quotation through final delivery and file closure.
Secure and negotiate competitive rates with airlines, GSAs, transporters, customs brokers, and overseas agents.
Review flight schedules, transit times, routings, space availability, and cargo acceptance conditions.
Prepare accurate and commercially viable quotations with appropriate profit margins.
Coordinate cargo pickup, customs clearance, airline booking, terminal handling, uplift, arrival, and delivery.
Prepare and verify MAWB/HAWB, shipping bills, bills of entry, manifests, invoices, packing lists, certificates, and pre-alerts.
Monitor cargo acceptance, flight departure, connections, arrival, clearance, and final delivery.



Coordinate closely with customers, overseas agents, airlines, customs brokers, and internal teams.
Handle special cargo requirements, including DG, temperature-controlled, oversized, valuable, and time-sensitive shipments.
Ensure timely submission of documentation and compliance with customs, airline, and regulatory requirements.
Provide proactive shipment updates and promptly manage delays, offloads, documentation issues, customs queries, and delivery exceptions.
Support the sales team with fast pricing, routing alternatives, and current air freight market information. Ensure zero documentation errors and minimise avoidable demurrage, storage, penalties, and revenue leakage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
