Position: Senior Career Consultant

Experience: Minimum 2+ Years

Location: Vyttila, Kochi

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities
Guide students and professionals in selecting suitable courses and career paths.
Understand candidates’ career goals, interests, and requirements.
Handle counselling sessions, calls, follow-ups, and lead nurturing effectively.
Convert qualified enquiries into admissions.
Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective students and clients.
Achieve individual and team admission/revenue targets.
Address objections and provide effective career solutions.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding process.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




Robust counselling and convincing ability.
Proven experience in sales, admissions, or career counselling.
Objection handling and closing techniques.
Follow-up and lead nurturing skills.
Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good time management and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualification

Any Graduate / Postgraduate

Experience Required

Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in Career Counselling, Admissions, Education Sales, or Business Development.

Pay: From ₹240,000.00 per year
