Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent business opportunities for HVAC projects, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), retrofit works, and service solutions.
Meet architects, consultants, MEP contractors, builders, facility managers, industrial clients, and corporate customers to promote the company's HVAC products and services.
Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions.
Prepare commercial proposals, cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers to generate repeat business.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
Support clients during project execution and provide post-sales assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
