Key responsibilities
Able to deliver as per client SLAs
Create and maintain all process documentation and update it on a timely basis
Manage operations through end-to-end planning, process document review and root cause analysis
Assist with new team member training
Ensure attrition and shrinkage targets are met
Review overall staff performance
Process KPI, dashboards and metrics preparations

Robust team management skills
Available to work from office
Adaptable to work in shifts as per business needs

Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of experience in medical coding
Experience in Emergency Department (ED), Same-Day Surgery (SDS), and Observation specialties are preferred
Proficiency in leading medical coding team is desired
Positive knowledge of using PowerPoint, Excel and other MS Office tools
