Production Scheduling: Build daily and weekly master schedules for CNC mills, lathes, and multi-axis cells based on active customer orders.
Capacity Planning: Balance machine availability, tooling, and operator shifts to maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Workflow Monitoring: Track part routing, monitor idle time, and adjust shop schedules dynamically when bottlenecks or machine breakdowns happen.
Performance Tracking: Measure on-time delivery rates, schedule attainment, and cycle times to find efficiency gaps.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of CNC machining processes, setup times, and tooling constraints.
Software Skills: Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP planning tools and spreadsheet programs.
Problem-Solving: Ability to re-route jobs quickly under tight delivery deadlines
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
