Education and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a field such as Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Engineering
Proficient in Domestic & International Sourcing, Working knowledge of Lean Management e.g. JIT. ERP experience, Data Management
Robust analytical problem-solving skills, Solid Negotiation skills & solid business judgment

Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience within procurement, operations, or relevant experience.

CTC Range: 5 - 6 lacs

Job Profile requirements:
Planning and managing a company’s overall sourcing Strategy in the Metals, Mining, and Ferroalloys Industries.
Researching to understand a company’s operational needs and requirements
Building relationships with vendors and key suppliers, reviewing contracts, developing an annual budget based on sourcing needs
Executing analyses and making suggestions for improvement in sourcing strategy
Negotiating pricing, delivery terms, payment conditions and reducing costs,



ensuring that purchased materials meet quality standards and specifications.
Building and leveraging internal business partner relationships to create value-focused strategies that align with goals
Proactively, seeking business optimization and cost savings or current capability and developing data-driven business cases to support their initiatives
Monitoring inventory levels of raw materials to ensure sufficient stock for production while avoiding overstocking.
Effectively communicating with internal stakeholders (production teams, engineers) and external suppliers
