Job Summary

ibaby is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter cum Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment while supporting core HR operations. This dual-responsibility role is well suited to a candidate who is equally comfortable driving talent acquisition and handling day-to-day HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and employee referrals
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic and video interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Manage the offer roll-out process and negotiate compensation within approved bands
Maintain and regularly update the recruitment tracker / ATS
Build and sustain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Coordinate campus placements and walk-in drives, as required

HR Operations
Manage onboarding and induction for new joiners
Maintain accurate employee records and HRMS data
Support attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Plan and support employee engagement initiatives
Handle documentation related to joining, confirmation, and separation formalities
Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance




Address routine employee queries and escalate matters appropriately
Support exit interviews and the full and final settlement process

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Good communication skills are mandatory, along with solid interpersonal skills
Working familiarity with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Working knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance requirements
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced workplace
Exposure to HRMS platforms such as Zoho People, Keka, or Darwinbox
HR certification (SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage
