Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day civil and building construction activities.
Execute RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.
Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, QA/QC, Safety, and Project Management teams.
Monitor work progress, manpower, materials, and equipment.
Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedule.
Check measurements and support subcontractor billing.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with project safety procedures.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
