We are looking for an energetic Telecaller/Tele Counselor to connect with potential clients. Your main job will be to make phone calls, introduce our visa services, answer basic questions, and book appointments for our counseling team.
Key Responsibilities:
Call interested candidates and explain how our visa consultation services work.
Understand what the candidate needs and answer their initial questions.
Schedule meetings/appointments between interested candidates and our Visa Counselors.
Follow up regularly with leads to encourage them to join.
Keep easy daily records of your calls and client responses.
