Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

Job Summary

ETOS Technology is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support the HR team in recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and day-to-day HR operations. The candidate will get hands-on exposure to various HR activities in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Assist with joining formalities and employee onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documents.
Support preparation of HR letters, reports, and Excel trackers.
Coordinate with departments for manpower requirements.




Assist in employee engagement and HR activities.
Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

Requirements
Pursuing or completed MBA/PGDM – HR, BBA, B.Com, or any relevant degree.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Valuable coordination and follow-up skills.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced startup environment.
