Job Role Overview:

The Packing Assistant will be responsible for quality checking, proper packing, and preparation of women’s ethnic wear products for dispatch. This role is critical to ensure that all garments reach buyers in perfect condition and as per G5’s packing standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform quality checks on salwar suits and readymade garments before packing
Pack women’s ethnic wear neatly and securely according to company guidelines
Prepare parcels for dispatch including folding, tagging, labeling, and sealing
Ensure correct quantities, designs, and sizes are packed as per invoices/orders
Assist in handling and organizing packed parcels for dispatch
Maintain cleanliness and order in the packing and storage area
Coordinate with senior staff for order clarification and dispatch schedules

Training:




Complete training will be provided for garment packing standards and quality checking
On-job training for dispatch preparation and handling procedures

Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum education: 8th / 10th pass (preferred)
Experience in garment packing or quality checking is an advantage (freshers can apply)
Attention to detail and care in handling garments
Physically fit for light manual work
Honest, punctual, and disciplined

Working Hours:
Full time, as per company schedule
