We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage and oversee potable water bottling plants installed at 5-Star Hotels in Goa.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of hotel bottling plants.
Ensure smooth plant operations, maintenance & hygiene compliance.
Handle manpower management and coordinate with hotel teams.
Troubleshoot operational/technical issues and drive timely resolution.
Conduct regular site visits and ensure adherence to SOPs.
Maintain robust relationships with hotel stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in operations/plant maintenance.
Robust problem-solving & troubleshooting skills.
Positive manpower management and coordination skills.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
Own vehicle will be given preference.
Willingness to travel across hotel sites in Goa.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
