The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience withUS accounting principles, reconciliations, financial records, and compliance requirements .Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-dayUS accounting and bookkeepingactivities.Prepare and maintainjournal entries, general ledger, AP/AR, and account reconciliations .Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-endfinancial closing and reporting .Support preparation and maintenance of financial statements and accounting schedules.Ensure accounting records comply withUS GAAP and applicable US regulations .Assist withUS tax and regulatory complianceactivities and documentation.Coordinate with internal teams, accountants, auditors,



and external stakeholders as required.Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records.Support audits and provide required financial documentation.Stay updated on relevantUS accounting, tax, and compliance requirements .Required Skills1–5 years of experience inUS Accounting / US Finance / Accounting & Compliance .Valuable understanding ofUS GAAP and US accounting practices .Experience withGeneral Ledger, AP/AR, reconciliations, and month-end close .Familiarity withUS tax/compliance processes .Robust MS Excel skills.Experience with accounting software/ERP systems is preferred.Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Willingness to work7 PM–4 AM ISTand workonsite in Gurugram .Preferred QualificationsB.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter or equivalent.Experience supportingUS-based clients or companiesis highly preferred.
