Customer Care Officer (CCO) – DishTV

Location: Near GADRA Road, Urban Estate Phase 1, Jalandhar

DishTV Direct Service Centre ke liye CCO ki requirement hai.

Responsibilities:
Customers ko call karna aur unki service requests handle karna.
Technicians ko tickets assign karna aur regular follow-up karna.
Pending tickets ka follow-up karke timely closure ensure karna.
Customer se service confirmation lena.
Daily office aur service centre related work handle karna.
Basic MIS/records maintain karna.
Required KPIs ko maintain karne ke liye kaam karna.

Requirements:
Positive communication aur coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
DTH/Telecom/Customer Service/Service Centre experience wale candidates ko preference di jayegi.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Salary experience ke according negotiable hogi. Performance ke basis par incentives bhi milenge.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
