Back Office Executive – SML Solar

Location: Edappally, Kochi, Ernakulam, Kerala

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Age: Up to 32 years

Job Summary

SML Solar is looking for a Back Office Executive to support our day-to-day administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, solid attention to detail, and the ability to manage documentation and coordinate with different teams.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day back-office and administrative activities.
Maintain and update company records, documents, and databases.
Prepare reports, statements, quotations, and other required documents.
Manage data entry and ensure accuracy of information.
Coordinate with sales, accounts, operations, and other departments.
Follow up with customers, vendors, and internal teams when required.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of business records.
Assist the management and other departments with administrative tasks.
Track and update orders, enquiries, invoices, and related records.
Handle emails, calls, and other routine office communication.
Prepare regular reports and provide administrative support to the team.

Requirements




Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in back-office, administration, coordination, or office operations is preferred.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, and email communication.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Candidates with experience in the solar, electrical, construction, or related industry will be preferred.
