Job Description:

Position: Maintenance Head

Location: Sachin - Surat

Experience: 10 - 15 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:
Handle overall Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Utility maintenance of the chemical plant.
Plan and monitor preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Ensure maximum equipment availability and minimize plant downtime.
Handle maintenance of reactors, pumps, compressors, centrifuges, dryers, boilers, chillers and other plant utilities.
Lead plant shutdown, equipment overhauling and maintenance projects.
Conduct breakdown analysis, RCA and implement corrective actions.
Manage maintenance manpower, spares, contractors and maintenance budget.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with Production, EHS, Projects and Purchase departments.
Monitor maintenance KPIs such as downtime, MTBF,



MTTR and maintenance cost.
