Manage overall plant security, access control and surveillance.
Supervise and deploy security guards across plant premises and shifts.
Monitor CCTV, gate operations, visitor/vehicle entry and material movement.
Prevent theft, pilferage, unauthorized access and security violations.
Coordinate with local police, fire department and other authorities when required.
Handle security incidents, emergencies, investigations and prepare incident reports.
Conduct regular security checks, mock drills and risk assessments.
Manage outsourced security agencies and ensure proper manpower deployment and discipline.
Coordinate with Plant Head, HR, Stores, Production and Administration for security-related matters.
