We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to support our business growth. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, communicating with potential clients, and developing long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate current business leads through calls, online research, social media, and other channels.
Contact potential clients and understand their business requirements.
Present and explain company products/services to prospective clients.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Achieve assigned business development and lead conversion targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.




Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client requirements.
Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.

Requirements
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Robust interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Interest in sales, business development, and client handling.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
