Key Responsibilities

Manage assigned leads and ensure timely follow-up until closure.
Understand customer requirements, lifestyle, budget, and project expectations.
Conduct consultations through Experience Centre visits, virtual meetings, or site visits.
Present design concepts, layouts, materials, finishes, and product offerings.
Prepare accurate quotations and explain pricing transparently.
Build robust customer relationships and address objections professionally.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate CRM records, quotations, approvals, and meeting notes.
Coordinate effectively with Design, Customer Success, Projects, and Accounts teams.
Ensure smooth project handover with complete customer and project details.
