Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive – Creative Sales with 2–5 years of experience in a creative, marketing, media, advertising, branding, or events agency.

The role involves generating current business, building client relationships, pitching creative solutions, and closing opportunities across campaigns, content, events, brand partnerships, and digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business and qualified leads through networking, LinkedIn, referrals, and outreach.
Build relationships with brands, founders, marketing heads, agencies, and decision-makers.
Pitch creative campaigns, branded content, events, and partnership solutions.
Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and closures.




Work with creative, strategy, production, and content teams to develop proposals.
Identify opportunities for brand partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations.
Manage the sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
Drive repeat business and long-term client relationships.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in business development, creative sales, client servicing, or new business.
Agency experience in creative, advertising, media, marketing, branding, or events preferred.
Proven ability to generate leads, pitch, negotiate, and close deals.
Robust communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Understanding of creative campaigns, branding, content, digital, media, and events.
Existing brand/marketing network is a strong advantage.
Proactive, target-driven, confident, and commercially minded.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
