Key Responsibilities
Payment Processing: Handle cash, credit/debit cards, and digital UPI transactions accurately.
Order Management: Enter customer orders into the POS system and coordinate with kitchen or service staff.
Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, answer menu questions, and resolve billing queries.
Register Reconciliation: Count the cash drawer at the start and end of shifts and prepare daily sales reports.
Station Cleanliness: Keep the front counter, register area, and waiting space clean and organized.
Core Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills: Basic math proficiency, honesty, and familiarity with POS software.
Communication: Valuable interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Food and accommodation provided @free of cost.
Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
