Job Description:
Role Overview

The Regional Relationship Head will support business growth across project and structured finance by developing a solid deal pipeline, acquiring corporate clients, structuring suitable financing solutions, and maintaining portfolio quality. The role requires solid commercial judgement, credit expertise, and senior stakeholder-management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Support the achievement of regional sales, profitability, and fee-income targets.
Identify prospective corporate clients, business groups, intermediaries, and banking relationships.
Develop a healthy pipeline of bilateral project and structured-finance opportunities.
Lead client discussions relating to deal structure, term sheets, pricing, and documentation.




Conduct detailed credit appraisal and assess the financial and operational viability of proposals.
Maintain regular engagement with portfolio clients and ensure timely servicing of their requirements.
Conduct post-disbursement monitoring through site visits and performance reviews.
Ensure adherence to credit policy, regulatory requirements, documentation standards, and audit controls.
Work closely with risk and operations teams to improve execution and turnaround times.
