Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed estimates for Mechanical Equipment, Civil & Structural, Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation scopes.
Review tender documents, BOQs, drawings and project specifications.
Prepare quantity take-offs, cost sheets and techno-commercial proposals.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Vendors and Project Teams for estimation inputs.
Analyse vendor quotations, market rates and project costs.
Identify cost risks and opportunities for cost optimisation.
Lead the estimation team and ensure timely and accurate submission of estimates.

Required Criteria
Diploma / B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Chemical and 12+ years of experience in Project Estimation / Costing.
Strong experience in Oil & Gas / EPC / Process Plant / Industrial Projects.
Hands-on knowledge of multi-discipline estimation and quantity take-off.
Valuable understanding of BOQ, rate analysis, tendering and cost estimation.
Robust analytical, commercial and coordination skills.
Valuable communication and team-management skills.
