Position: Back Office Coordinator

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a Back Office Coordinator to support day-to-day administrative activities, documentation, data management and coordination with internal teams. The candidate should be organised, detail-oriented and comfortable handling routine office operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle data entry, documentation and record maintenance.
Maintain and update office files, databases and records.
Coordinate with internal departments for daily office activities and requirements.
Manage routine emails, calls and follow-ups.
Prepare basic MIS reports, statements and trackers.
Ensure documents and records are properly organised and readily accessible.
Assist in preparing correspondence, forms and other office documents.
Follow up with internal teams for pending information or activities.
Provide general administrative and back-office support to the team.




Perform other office coordination tasks as assigned by management.

Required Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in back office, administration, coordination or similar roles.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email communication.
Good typing and data-entry skills with attention to detail.
Solid follow-up and coordination abilities.
Positive communication and organisational skills.
Ability to maintain accurate records and handle multiple routine tasks.
Candidates comfortable commuting to Malad, Mumbai preferred.
