About the Role

Pecox Electric Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Back Office Executive to support day-to-day office operations, documentation, data management, coordination, and administrative activities.

The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, proficient in Google sheets, and capable of coordinating effectively with different departments.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily back-office operations and administrative activities.
Maintain and update company records, files, documents, and databases.
Enter, update, and verify data accurately in Google Sheets and other systems.
Prepare reports, MIS, quotations, invoices, and other required documents.
Coordinate with Sales, HR, Accounts, Production, and other departments.
Handle emails, correspondence, and routine office communication.
Follow up with internal teams and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
Assist the sales team with data, reports, documentation, and follow-ups.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in back-office, administration, operations, or a similar role.




Freshers with good communication and computer skills can also apply.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Google sheets, MS Office.
Basic understanding of data entry and report preparation.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
