Follow up with customers regarding reported issues and requirements.
Identify customer concerns and guide them towards appropriate solutions.
Coordinate closely with the Sales Team to resolve customer issues effectively.
Follow up on pending issues and ensure timely closure.
Maintain qualified and positive communication with customers at all times.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective follow-up and coordination.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
