Position: Fee Collection Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Fee Collection Executive to handle student fee collection, payment follow-ups, and related coordination at our SLBS Vyttila location. Candidates with experience in credit card collections, HDFC, Bajaj Finance, EMI/loan collections, banking, or similar collection roles are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with students regarding pending course fees and scheduled payments.
Maintain regular and systematic follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
Track student payment schedules, outstanding amounts, and due dates.
Coordinate with students and parents regarding fee-related queries.
Encourage timely payments while maintaining professional communication.
Update daily collection and follow-up records.
Maintain accurate records of paid, pending, and overdue fees.
Coordinate with the accounts and academic teams regarding payment status.




Prepare regular collection and outstanding payment reports.
Handle student payment-related concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.

Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in credit card collections, HDFC, Bajaj Finance, banking, EMI/loan collections, or fee collection will be an advantage.
Experience in handling regular customer/student follow-ups is preferred.

Work Type: Full-time | Office-based

Location: SLBS, Vyttila, Kochi

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
