Ten 11 Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and hardworking Commis Chef – Indian Cuisine to join our Lounge in Mumbai.

Location: Mumbai

Position: Head Chef / Commis Chef – Indian Cuisine/Tandoor base

Industry: Hospitality / Lounge Operations

Experience: 1–3 years in Indian cuisine preferred

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing Indian dishes as per standard recipes and presentation guidelines
Support the Chef/Senior Kitchen team in daily kitchen operations
Ensure proper food preparation, portioning and quality
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards
Handle kitchen equipment and ingredients responsibly
Ensure timely preparation of food orders
Follow company and kitchen SOPs

Candidate Profile:
Experience in Indian cuisine,



preferably in a hotel, restaurant, lounge or QSR workplace
Good knowledge of basic Indian cooking techniques
Passion for food and willingness to learn
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen setting
Valuable hygiene, discipline and teamwork
Hospitality experience will be an added advantage
