Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Growth & Operations Manager to drive online businessgrowth and manage end-to-end e-commerce operations across marketplaces and the company’s digitalchannels. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in marketplace management, revenue growth,performance marketing coordination, inventory, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:-
Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to achieve sales, revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, JioMart, and quick- commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart.
Manage product listings, catalogues, pricing, promotions, inventory, orders, returns, andmarketplace performance.
Drive sales growth through marketplace promotions, offers, visibility, and conversion optimization.
Analyse sales, traffic, conversion, ROAS, profitability, and other key performance metrics to identifygrowth opportunities.
Coordinate with Digital Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Product, and Finance teams for smooth operations.




Plan and monitor inventory to ensure product availability and minimize stock-outs and excessinventory.
Coordinate with marketplace partners and agencies to resolve operational issues and improveperformance.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, pricing opportunities, and recent growthinitiatives.
Prepare regular MIS, dashboards, and performance reports for management.

Required Skills:-
5–7 years of hands-on experience in E-Commerce / Marketplace Management.
Robust knowledge of major marketplaces and e-commerce operations.
Experience in sales growth, marketplace strategy, pricing, promotions, and catalogue management.
Solid analytical and data interpretation skills with advanced Excel knowledge.
Good understanding of e-commerce metrics such as GMV, AOV, conversion rate, ROAS, CAC, and profitability.
Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple platforms and priorities independently.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
