Position: Computer Operator

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and manage computer systems and office software.
Handle software-related complaints and queries over calls.
Communicate with clients/users and understand their issues.
Provide basic troubleshooting and coordinate with the technical team when required.
Maintain records, reports, and other computer-based data.
Perform regular data entry and documentation tasks.
Ensure smooth day-to-day software and computer operations.

Required Skills:
Good knowledge of computers and basic software applications.
Valuable communication skills and confident telephone handling.
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand and resolve customer/user queries.
Good typing and data-entry skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
