Core Responsibilities
Budgeting and Planning: Prepare cost estimates, set financial targets, and track expenses continuously to avoid cost overruns.
Scheduling: Develop realistic work timetables and map out the correct sequence of tasks for the build.
Subcontractor Management: Hire, schedule, and coordinate specialized trade workers and vendors in office.
Collaboration: Act as the main link between clients, architects, engineers, and workers to explain technical requirements.
Safety and Compliance: Inspect the site regularly to ensure adherence to building codes, environmental laws, and safety guidelines.
Problem Solving: Respond immediately to delays, material shortages, or emergencies on the job site. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8]
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
