– Front Office Sales Executive
Welcome and assist walk-in clients and existing members in a courteous and skilled manner.
Provide accurate information regarding gym facilities, services, membership plans, and available offers.
Convert walk-in and telephonic inquiries into memberships through effective communication and sales techniques.
Handle incoming calls, customer queries, and follow-ups in a timely and skilled manner.
Maintain accurate member records, daily sales reports, and activity logs.
Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Ensure the front office area remains clean, organized, presentable, and welcoming at all times.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
