We're looking for a Floor Hostess to welcome and engage customers at our Kochi showroom, understand their requirements, and guide them through their jewellery shopping experience from entry to purchase.
Responsibilities
Welcome and greet customers as they enter the showroom
Understand customer requirements and guide them to the relevant section/counter
Engage with customers throughout their visit, answering queries on products, schemes, and offers
Coordinate with sales staff on product selection and billing
Guide customers through the "round visit" across sections after a purchase
Maintain the visitor log and capture customer details for follow-up
Handle customer feedback and escalate complaints as needed
Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
Requirements
Plus Two/Degree
Fluent in Malayalam and English; Hindi is an advantage
Pleasant, confident personality with excellent communication and customer-handling skills
Well-groomed, skilled appearance
Freshers welcome; prior retail/hospitality/customer service experience is a plus
