Job Title: Email Marketing Executive (Remote)

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Experience: 6 months – 3 years

Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Plan, build and send email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, welcome series, and drip and automation flows
Segment email lists and create targeted, personalized campaigns for different audiences
Write or coordinate compelling subject lines, email copy and CTAs
Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, send times and layouts, and use the results to improve performance
Track and analyze key metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, bounce rate and unsubscribe rate
Maintain list hygiene and follow email deliverability best practices
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with transparent insights and recommendations
Collaborate with the sales, design and content teams to launch campaigns on time
Stay up to date with email marketing trends, tools and best practices

Requirements




6 months to 3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing
Hands-on experience with at least one email marketing platform (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, Brevo, ActiveCampaign)
Good understanding of email automation, segmentation and A/B testing
Strong written English and copywriting skills
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for editing email templates
Ability to analyze data and present insights in reports
Robust communication, organization and time-management skills
Reliable internet connection and a personal laptop/PC

Nice to Have
Experience with CRM tools
Basic design skills (Canva or Figma)
Experience in e-commerce or SaaS email marketing
Understanding of deliverability concepts such as SPF, DKIM and DMARC
