Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Manager to manage day-to-day HR and administration activities at our manufacturing facility. The role involves recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR activities for the manufacturing facility.
Handle recruitment, candidate screening, interviews and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, personal files, attendance and leave records.
Prepare monthly attendance and payroll inputs.
Monitor overtime, absentee and employee attendance.
Handle employee queries, grievances and disciplinary matters.
Manage PF, ESI, Professional Tax and other applicable statutory requirements.
Maintain statutory registers and HR documentation.
Coordinate with external consultants and government authorities when required.
Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, experience letters and other HR documents.




Conduct employee induction and coordinate training programs.
Support POSH, 5S, safety and employee welfare activities.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality and other departments on manpower requirements.
Support customer, internal and statutory audits.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Requirements
3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Any degree; HR-related qualification will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of attendance, payroll and basic labour compliance.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Positive communication and documentation skills.
Ability to independently handle day-to-day HR activities.
Experience handling shop-floor employees will be preferred.
Tamil and English required; Hindi is an advantage.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be organised, responsible, approachable and comfortable working directly with employees and management in a manufacturing environment.

Overtime will be provided as applicable.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
