We are looking for a friendly and energetic Soft Skills Trainer for our school to teach students important life skills, valuable manners, and confidence. Your main goal is to help children grow into well-behaved, happy, and successful individuals.
Teach students using fun games, storytelling, and group activities.
Create lessons on teamwork, time management, and sharing.
Help students overcome fear and speak confidently in front of others.
Teach basic etiquette, body language, and polite communication.
Show students how to manage exam stress and handle peer pressure.
Give extra guidance to students who are shy or struggle to make friends.
Update parents and class teachers on how students are improving.
Stay patient, loving,



and able to manage a classroom easily.
Speak explicit and simple English that kids can understand.
Turn straightforward lessons into interesting activities.
Understand the feelings and needs of young students.
Hold a college degree in Psychology, English, Education, or a similar field.
Have 1 to 3 years of experience teaching or training school children.
Bring high energy, creative thinking, and a very positive attitude to work.

Pay: ₹11,866.96 - ₹36,039.05 per month
