Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter who can manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
Post job openings on different recruitment platforms and manage job postings.
Review and screen CVs to identify relevant candidates.
Source and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and company fit.
Conduct initial virtual screening/interview rounds.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
Extend job offers and negotiate salary and other employment terms.
Guide selected candidates through the joining and onboarding process.
Conduct and coordinate background verification of selected candidates.




Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate trackers, and hiring status updates.

Requirements
2–8 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
Positive understanding of sourcing and screening techniques.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to identify suitable candidates and assess job fit.
Experience with job portals and LinkedIn recruitment.
Positive coordination and follow-up skills.
Comfortable handling multiple vacancies and candidates simultaneously.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
