Job Purpose:

To ensure smooth and uninterrupted IT operations across the hotel by managing systems, networks, hardware, software, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities
Manage hotel IT infrastructure, network, Wi-Fi, computers, printers, and servers.
Provide technical support to all departments and resolve IT issues promptly.
Maintain and support PMS, POS, HRMS, attendance, email, and other hotel systems.
Monitor and maintain CCTV and security systems.
Ensure regular data backup and basic cybersecurity measures.
Manage IT assets, software licenses, AMC, and vendor coordination.
Maintain IT records, documentation, and service reports.
Support IT requirements during guest operations, events, and meetings.




Coordinate with Corporate IT and external service providers whenever required.

Qualification & Experience
Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the hotel industry.
Valuable knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting, PMS/POS, CCTV, and IT support.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
