We are looking for an IT Infrastructure / Network Support Engineer with robust hands-on experience in L2 infrastructure and end-user support.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Intune, Antivirus and Firewall support
Desktop & Laptop troubleshooting and support
Active Directory administration
L2 Networking – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, VLAN
Virtualization support
Ticketing System / IT Service Management
Troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues
Incident management and SLA-based resolution

Certifications – Preferred:

CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA A , Azure, AWS

CCNP is NOT mandatory.

ITIL certification is an added advantage.

Required: Robust troubleshooting skills, valuable communication and experience in enterprise IT support.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
