We are looking for a friendly and organized female receptionist to join our team in Saharanpur. This full time position requires someone who can manage front desk activities and support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming Visitors: Greet and assist guests as they arrive, ensuring they feel welcomed and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Managing Phone Calls: Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, directing inquiries to the right team members and taking messages when necessary.
Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate and schedule appointments with clients and staff, making sure to maintain an organized calendar to avoid conflicts.
Maintaining Office Supplies: Keep track of office supplies and ensure that necessary items are ordered and stocked, helping to maintain a smooth workspace.
Handling Correspondence: Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring that key documents are delivered to the correct individuals promptly.
Data Entry: Assist with basic data entry tasks,

Required Skills and Expectations:
