We are seeking a dedicated Patient Counsellor to provide support and guidance to patients in our Kasba office. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 8 years of experience in a similar role and hold a graduate degree.

Key Responsibilities:
Patient Support: Offer empathetic and informative support to patients, helping them understand their conditions and treatment options.
Counseling Sessions: Conduct individual counselling sessions, addressing patients' concerns and questions while providing emotional support and reassurance.
Information Dissemination: Educate patients and their families about health issues, treatments, and preventive care to promote better health decisions.
Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and assist in developing personalized patient plans.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and patient interactions to support ongoing treatment and provide necessary follow-ups.

The candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families.
