Junior Accountant

Location: Shahpur Jat, Delhi

Work Mode: In office

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle day-to-day accounting entries using Tally.
Prepare invoices and assist with accounts payable and receivable.
Follow up with clients for outstanding payments.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding payments and invoices.
Maintain records of expenses, receipts and other financial documents.
Assist with bank reconciliation and monthly accounting activities.
Support GST, TDS and other compliance-related documentation.
Assist with payroll-related accounting and salary records.




Perform regular follow-ups and ensure timely closure of accounting tasks.

Requirements
Prior experience in a Junior Accountant / Accounts Executive role.
Hands-on experience with Tally is a must.
Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets will be an added advantage.
