Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Support attendance, leave management, and payroll processing.

Assist in performance appraisal and employee development initiatives.

Address employee queries and support employee engagement activities.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.

Coordinate training and development programs.

Prepare HR reports, MIS, and recruitment trackers.

Handle exit formalities, documentation, and employee offboarding.





Support disciplinary procedures and grievance handling as required.
