About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Biotechnology / Microbiology Intern to support our R&D; and production team in developing and producing microbial-based agricultural biologics, including biofertilizers, biopesticides, and bioinsecticides.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in microbial culture handling, formulation development, and laboratory experiments.
Support fermentation, culturing, blending, and production activities.
Assist in testing CFU counts, microbial purity, contamination, and stability.
Support evaluation of carriers, nutrients, stabilizers, and other formulation components.
Maintain laboratory records, SOPs, batch records, and experimental documentation.
Assist with quality control and basic analytical testing.
Support R&D; activities, data collection, analysis, and product improvement.
Follow laboratory safety, hygiene, biosafety,



and quality standards.
Assist the team in scaling microbial formulations from laboratory to pilot production.

Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a B.Sc. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
Basic understanding of microbiology, microbial cultures, fermentation, and agricultural biologicals.
Knowledge of CFU enumeration, aseptic techniques, and laboratory practices is an advantage.
Robust interest in agricultural biotechnology, sustainable agriculture, and microbial technologies.
Valuable analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
